Company or branch registration

 

LPG Bulgaria supports the process of company set-up and registration in Bulgaria by offering a complete service for all the formalities (incorporation, registration in the Register of Commerce, tax and social registrations, business license) on the basis of instructions and documents.   

 

Bulgarian companies can have the form of an OOD (the equivalent of an LLC) or of an AD (the equivalent of a JSC) or of an SD (the equivalent of the general partnership) or of an KDA (the equivalent of a limited partnership with shares), although the last two forms are quite rare.

 

Foreign companies can also make the choice to register just as a branch in Bulgaria.

 

The delay for the registration of a Bulgarian company or a Bulgarian branch in the Register of Commerce is quick (about 3 days) provided that all the documents are handed over and (if necessary translated) signed by the partners and managers.

 

There is no requirement for residence or nationality as far as the partners or managers are concerned.
